Remote Coaching. Built for Real People.

Get strong. Move freely. Lose the nagging aches.

For people who already train hard but feel stuck — sessions that feel random, numbers that won't budge, and little joint niggles you keep telling yourself you'll deal with later. Let's fix that. Together.

Build my foundation

You're not lazy. You're not soft. You show up and you work hard. So why does it feel like this?

If you nodded at even two of those, keep reading. This page was written for you.

It wasn't your fault.

You've probably already tried a few things. Here's why they let you down.

Generic programmes built for everyone

A plan built for everyone is a plan built for no one. It doesn't know your shoulder. It doesn't know your schedule. It can't see you. So you follow it, work hard, and quietly wonder why it isn't clicking.

"Individualised" coaching that wasn't

You paid for personal attention and got a spreadsheet. No eyes on you. No one adjusting when life got in the way. No one taking your aches seriously until they became something worse.

Chasing the trick instead of the foundation

Everyone wants the muscle-up, the butterfly pull-up, the big number. They drill the trick for months and plateau hard. The skill was never the problem. The foundation underneath it was.

Build the base. Everything else follows.

01

The foundation, not the trick

Most coaches train the movement. I train what holds the movement up — strength, control, and quality. Get those right and the skills fall out of you. Felix unlocked butterfly pull-ups without us ever drilling them directly. We just built the base. Chase the trick and you stall. Build the base and everything moves.

02

A real plan in focused blocks — not a random workout generator

Your programme comes in focused 4–6 week blocks, and every block has a clear job. No guessing. No "what should I do today?" Just a path you can actually see yourself walking down.

03

A coach who's WITH you — not above you

I'm not handing you a plan and disappearing. We stay in regular contact, I keep eyes on you, and I adjust when your body or your week throws something unexpected at us. Because it will. That's not a problem — that's the whole point of having a coach.

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

A plan built from YOUR body — not a template

We start with an onboarding call and an assessment week, so your programme is shaped around where you actually stand today. Want to get stronger? We look at your real numbers. Want to move pain-free or nail a skill? We screen for exactly that.

Programming in focused blocks, so every session counts

4–6 week blocks with a clear purpose each. You stop wasting effort on random work and start spending it on the stuff that actually moves you forward.

Regular contact and proper check-ins

We stay in touch throughout the 12 weeks, with check-in calls around week 4 and week 10. When life gets in the way — and it will — we adjust, instead of you falling off and starting over.

An honest coach who'll give you the reality check

No empty hype. If something's not working, I'll tell you. If you're closer than you think, I'll tell you that too. You get the truth, because that's what actually gets you results.

You already train hard.
Let's make it count.

Build my foundation

No mystery. Here's the plan.

1

We get to know each other

You book in, and we have an onboarding call. I learn your struggles, your goals, and what your life actually looks like — so the plan fits you, not some imaginary athlete.

2

We find out where you really stand

Assessment week. Depending on your goal, we go through your lifting numbers or screen your movement. You also see exactly how I coach and what your plan will look like.

3

You get your plan — and a coach in your corner

Your personalised programme lands, built from your assessment. From there we stay in regular contact, check in, and adjust as we go. You're never doing this alone.

I used to be exactly where you might be now.

Random workouts, no real plan. Nagging pains I just ignored. So obsessed with being perfectly balanced that I ended up crooked — and stressed. Chasing techniques instead of building the foundation. Big goals, but no one to tell me what actually mattered.

There was no dramatic moment. Just a quiet realisation: figuring it out alone wasn't working. So I did the thing I'd been avoiding — I got a coach.

That's when it clicked. Put your health before your goals. Listen to your body instead of overriding it. Fitness isn't a quick fix — it's a lifelong process. And the body is ONE thing: training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset, all together.

Now? I'm stronger, fitter, and less achy. I've got a clear path instead of chaos. I train so life outside the gym is better: helping a mate move house without a second thought, being around for the long game.

That's why I coach. Training gave me a lot, and I want to give it back. I want to help you move with less pain, unlock movements you thought were off-limits, and still be lifting 80kg at 80.

I've put in real coaching hours — over 1,300 of them, in person, not just behind a screen. Unless you want to live in the gym. Then we'll talk. ;)

No hidden costs. No "book a call to find out the price." You see it, you decide.

28-Day Money-Back Guarantee

I can't promise the outcome. No honest coach can. But here's what I CAN promise: my full attention, and the process.

If you sign up, put the work in, and you're still not happy within 28 days — you get your money back. Simple as that. The only thing I ask is that you actually do your part. I'll always do mine.

Your risk? Basically zero. Your downside for staying stuck? That keeps growing.

Let's clear it up.

"I don't do CrossFit. Is this even for me?"

Yes. The principles don't change. A deadlift is a deadlift. A muscle-up is a muscle-up. Movement is movement. Whether you do CrossFit, lift in a normal gym, or just want to feel strong and pain-free in everyday life — the way I coach the foundation works the same.

"I don't have time for another thing."

You don't need more time — you need the time you're already spending to actually move you forward. Right now it's scattered. My job is to make every session count, so you progress faster, not train longer.

"I've tried individual coaching before and it was rubbish."

I believe you. Most "individual" coaching is a template with your name on it. The difference here is real eyes on you, real adjustments when life changes, and a coach who takes your aches seriously before they become injuries.

"What if it doesn't work for me?"

You're covered by the 28-day guarantee. Do the work, and if you're not happy, you get your money back. I'd rather earn your trust than hold onto money I didn't deliver for.

"How long until I see results?"

Honestly? Most people feel and see real change within 8–12 weeks. Anyone promising it faster than that is selling you something. We're building for the long game, not a quick hit.

"I've got a niggle / old injury. Can I still work with you?"

Often yes — and that's exactly the kind of thing I want to know about up front. We screen for it during your assessment week and build around it. I won't ignore it and I won't tell you to "just push through."

"Are all coaches basically the same?"

Fair question — and a fair amount of the time, the answer's yes. So don't take my word for it. Read the results above, and use the 28-day guarantee to find out for yourself.
